An Introduction to Mindfulness

This one day workshop will introduce the key concepts of mindfulness. Delegates will engage in activities to foster mindfulness that can be easily integrated into daily life and be used to significantly reduce stress, both at home and at work.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the meaning of mindfulness

• Develop techniques to reduce stress

• Fostering self‐kindness to help overcome difficulties and change long term behaviours

• Develop skills to let go of problems/unhelpful thoughts

• Develop inner resources to cope better during difficult times
