A Club's Perspective On Appointing A Course Manager

This Career Development session will provide you with a first hand insight into the recruitment process and the expectations that need to be met, when applying for the role of Head Greenkeeper or Golf Course Manager.

Looking at this vital process, from the Golf Club’s point of view, it will consider the steps that the Club goes through to identify both the job role and the characteristics of the successful applicant, explaining the thinking behind it. 

It will discuss the applications received and how they were filtered before looking at the interview process. This session will help you to sharpen your application skills to apply confidently for the job you really want!
