As turf managers, we have an instrumental effect on the financial outcome of the business. In this interactive session we will explore our stakeholders, who they are and how we communicate with them effectively. We will challenge the norm and be innovators in our thinking whilst appreciating that the type of business we are in will often dictate our maintenance practices, not the other way around.
