The modern business environment demands that organisations constantly re-examine their business practices. The need for change is becoming almost a daily factor in keeping with the ‘competition’ and satisfying ever increasing customer expectations. Clubs need to be able to support their staff through this process of constant change and coaching and mentoring play a crucial role in providing that support. Whether you are coaching or mentoring a new member of the team or an apprentice, this class will look at the skills, abilities and characteristics of an effective coach or mentor in the workplace.
