Developing and leading teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives is key for any leader to achieve; this class gives you the skills and techniques to achieve your individual and organisational goals. The class will cover concepts of authority and power, responsibility and accountability, processes of delegation and empowerment, the balanced scorecard, techniques to evaluate team performance, feedback, recognition and reward techniques to support, motivate and monitor.
