This seminar will demonstrate the effectiveness of using management software for task planning using digital whiteboards. Understand how this can be done via mobile technology and how it can and has helped during times of social distancing. It will also demonstrate how you can effectively record daily task data, budget, stock and machinery information and present at committee meeting/board level to help you gain what you want by effective reporting to influence decision making.
