Or perhaps you dislike the administrative side of your role and need better systems and processes to be ahead of your game? This interactive and practical class will analyse your own typical working week, how you organise yourself and others and look at better ways of doing things. There are tools and techniques that you will learn and be able to implement immediately to clear your mind of ‘clutter’ and improve your own and your team’s productivity. Reduce the need to work extra time to get the job done and learn to switch off when you get home.
