Through group discussion and shared learning, participants will identify key data types relevant to course performance and daily operations, and examine how these data points can be used to inform decision‑making and optimise results. Tailored specifically for greenkeepers and assistant greenkeepers, the class will provide hands‑on guidance in interpreting collected data, benchmarking performance, and using tools such as Excel, pivot tables to create data dashboards. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to transform raw data into meaningful insights, enabling more informed management practices. This class sits at the intersection of agronomy, IT, and personal development, offering valuable takeaways for those looking to enhance both their technical and professional skill sets.

He has held senior roles at prestigious clubs and resorts, including Verdura Golf Links & Spa in Sicily, Lough Erne Golf Resort in Ireland, and Loch Lomond Golf Club in Scotland. Skilled in agronomy, project management, and staff development, Robert has overseen multimillion-euro budgets, international tournament preparations, and large-scale construction projects. Currently Deputy Course Manager at Loch Lomond Golf Club, he continues to apply his expertise in helping to deliver world-class playing surfaces with a particular focus on data driven maintenance and management.
