Step‑by‑step – writing a strategic plan for your golf course
It seems like golf clubs have always managed to survive without having plans – so why have they all started talking about them now?
This class will explore why strategic plans are needed by every club and what that plan needs to say about the golf course. We will use industry templates to start writing your plan for your golf course and discuss with fellow greenkeepers how their plans may differ from your own due to a range of variables we will explore together.
You will leave the class with the tools, templates and guidance you need to create a strategic plan for your golf course – and identify where you might lean on input from experts to make it a workable and successful document.
