Supporting mental health in your workplace
This class will encourage delegates to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing, benefitting themselves, their family and friends and the workplace. Graham’s own lived experience of work-related stress, anxiety and depression makes for an engaging class where delegates explore what can help and what may not. There will be advice on spotting reasons to express concern for others and encouraging them to take care of themselves.
The class will introduce some of the principles and techniques employed by Mental Health First Aiders. The class is designed to increase confidence and subject knowledge around common mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression, and encourage delegates to become Mental Health First Aiders in their workplace.
