We will explore methods for assessing the plan’s success, adjusting strategies as needed, and ensuring long‑term effectiveness. Using real‑world data collected over three seasons at a golf club, we will demonstrate how tracking key metrics can inform decision making, optimise resource allocation, and enhance course conditions. Attendees will gain practical insights into leveraging data to refine turf management practices and prioritise critical needs.
