EPIC (Elliott-Potter International Consultancy Ltd) was founded by Victoria Elliott-Potter and is based in Rayleigh, Essex. This will be Vicky's fifth consecutive year supporting BTME as a speaker, delivering practical, engaging sessions focused on leadership, communication, organisation, change and the essential people skills that many leaders are expected to demonstrate but are rarely taught.Vicky is the lead trainer for the Future Turf Managers Initiative (FTMI) and has played a key role in developing the latest version of the program’s learning outcomes. She is now delivering the programme to her fourth consecutive cohort and has also worked extensively with senior executives, leadership teams and commercial professionals across the international turf industry . In the coming 12 months Vicky will also delivering part of the new PLP* qualification to the greenkeeping industry.  ( *Professional Leadership Programme)Her expertise has been built through a career that saw her progress to board-level positions within both regional and international media organisations before founding her own successful B2B and B2C businesses. Over the past 19 years, Vicky has delivered keynote presentations, leadership & management training at more than 450 conferences and events throughout the UK and EMEA.Known for her knowledgeable, memorable, and motivational style, Vicky creates highly interactive sessions that encourage delegates to think differently, reflect on their own leadership and leave with practical tools they can immediately apply. Every session is tailored to the audience, ensuring the learning is relevant, engaging and directly applicable to their workplace.Alongside EPIC, Vicky also owns a horticultural business and is married to a retired Deputy Course Manager, giving her a genuine understanding of the turf industry, its people and its unique challenges—and, of course, how to change holes!
